At MasterG Academy of Digital Art, we are committed to providing high-quality creative education. To maintain fairness and transparency, we follow a strict "No Refund" policy, with certain exceptions as stated below:


General Policy

    1. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

          1. Change of mind
          1. Disinterest after joining
          1. Personal or professional issues
          1. Low attendance or poor academic performance

Refund May Be Considered Only In These Cases:

  1. Course Cancellation by Academy

      If MasterG Academy cancels a batch or course before it starts, students are eligible for a full refund or batch transfer.

      1. Duplicate Payment

        If a student accidentally pays the same fee twice, the extra payment will be refunded after verification.

      2. Admission Rejection by Academy

        If the academy, for any reason, declines a student’s application, the paid fee (after deducting processing charges) will be refunded.

      All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original payment method.
