1. Admission & Enrollment
Admission is confirmed only after the completion of registration form, submission of required documents, and payment of applicable fees.
MasterG Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating any reason.
2. Fees & Payments
All course fees must be paid as per the installment plan or before the start of the batch.
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in case of batch cancellation by the academy.
Late payment may result in suspension from classes or penalty as decided by management.
3. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior within the campus and online platforms.
Any misconduct, damage to equipment, or disturbance in class may lead to termination without refund.
Mobile phones must be switched off during class hours unless permitted by the instructor.
4. Course Delivery & Curriculum
MasterG Academy may update the curriculum, faculty, class schedule, or batch timing without prior notice to improve quality.
Classes may be conducted in-person or online depending on the circumstances (e.g., emergencies, holidays, etc.).
5. Use of Equipment & Lab
Students must handle academy property and equipment responsibly.
Any intentional damage will be charged to the student.
External devices (USBs, hard drives) must be virus-free before connecting to academy systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, artwork, videos, and materials created during training may be used by MasterG Academy for promotional purposes.
Student projects remain their own intellectual property, but academy may showcase them on its website or social media with credit.
7. Certification & Placement
Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of assignments, attendance, and final project.
Placement support is offered but not guaranteed. It depends on student's performance, portfolio, and industry demand.
8. Media Consent
By enrolling, students grant permission for their photos, videos, or creative work to be used in academy promotions, social media, or YouTube content.
9. Privacy Policy
Student information is kept confidential and used only for academic or promotional communication.
We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh only.
